The Passive Safety Center has been a development service provider in the field of passive vehicle safety for over 20 years. We offer our global customers support from the early concept phase through to SOP with our extensive expertise in development, simulation, testing and homologation. In addition, the Passive Safety Center is known for its best-in-class testing facilities for numerous passive safety applications.
Founded in 1998 as Concept Tech GmbH in Gratkorn, we are now an important part of the Hamburg-based TECCON Group and develop solutions for the future together with more than 450 engineers, technicians and IT specialists. To this end, the group has eight competence units that are in close contact with each other and also form interdisciplinary project teams in order to achieve optimum results.

As an officially accredited test laboratory, we meet the strict requirements of Euro NCAP to comprehensively test the safety of vehicles. Our ISO 17025 certification guarantees the competence of our test laboratories and the reliability of our test results. The ISO 9001:2015 quality management system confirms our structured approach and commitment to continuous improvement. With TISAX certification, we meet the highest standards for information security and the protection of sensitive data in the automotive industry.
